Cynthia has grown up with a passion for baking and decorating. She has over twenty years of experience. Gaining inspiration from almost anything, a swatch of fabric, jewelry, nature or even a work of art. Having studied at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Saint Helena CA. and receiving hands on training with some of the most renowned decorators from the US. she possesses all of the qualities you could hope to have in a cake designer.
